Prototype and low-volume manufacturing is exactly what Advanced Assembly Solutions is built for. With in-house expertise across both PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly, we support our customers at every stage of development—from first prototype through to production readiness. We have no minimum order quantity; we are perfectly suited to one-off builds as well as small production runs.

 

Throughout the manufacturing process, we remain flexible—allowing modifications to be made during the manufacture such as adding, removing, or changing components, track cuts, and wire modifications.  

 

We pride ourselves on delivering affordable manufacturing without compromising on quality, making us an ideal partner for early-stage designs, validation builds, and low-volume production runs.

Our capabilities include through-hole and surface mount assembly on single and double-sided PCBs. With our capabilities expanding to a variety of different PCB types including Rigid, flex-rigid, flex, ceramic, and metal-back.

 

We offer both leaded and lead-free assembly, using either conventional reflow or vapour phase soldering.

 

We can fully manage component procurement on your behalf, or you may choose to free-issue your own parts.
