Prototype/Low Batch

Many larger CEMS are set up for larger batches and longer runs, AAS do not have these restrictions. Our set up is designed for the small batch and prototype runs, allowing us to offer faster response times, competitive pricing and faster lead times. Our smaller team ensures feedback and queries are dealt with promptly allowing us to sort out any teething problems you may have and so allowing you to take your tested product to the next level of production in a timely fashion.

Box Builds

AAS have the space and experience required to do the final assembly of your product and thus can ship to you a completed box build should you need it. Wiring and loom manufacture can be a time consuming and laborious process, AAS have the experience needed to do this for you, offering a cost-effective alternative to doing this in house.

Flex Assembly

The process of assembling a flexible circuit as opposed to a rigid PCB can often require a specialised process. Our team have over 10 years experience in assembling this type of circuit and overcoming the challenges often involved with flex PCB assembly.

Testing & PCB repair service

AAS has the ability to offer a limited PCB testing service to a customer supplied test spec. We can also offer a comprehensive repair service by experienced operators enabling wire links, track cuts, along with other modifications, with the addition of replacing all types of defective components, thus saving time and money on your products.

Pinflex Assembly

The process of welding pins directly to a flexible circuit and so negating the need to fit a connector. Often used in the aerospace sector, this process is particularly useful when dealing with a legacy or long life circuit where obsolescence may be an issue.
